    About Us

    Broad Street is a developer of Student and Residential Living rental accommodation with a site specific, long-term approach to each property on behalf of clients to maximise investor returns.

     

    We provide a full end-to-end service for clients, from site identification, planning, finance, acquisition, design and development construction, through to ongoing operational and asset management solutions.

     

    We undertake regular research with residents to understand the needs of our end users. This insight is used to constantly develop specification ensuring developments are not only practical and efficient, but inspirational to create high quality, collaborative social and work environments to nurture wellbeing and communal living.

    We have an extensive track record developing high performing high specification purpose built student accommodation providing a quality living experience for young people whilst studying at university, but we have recognised the opportunity to migrate students to our residential developments once they have completed their studies to an environment where young professionals can live together with high quality shared communal space and a community lifestyle to continue their rental living experience.

    Student Living

    We target development sites in UK Russel Group University cities where supply demand dynamics are favourable with more than one Higher Educational Institution to reduce risk in locations close to both university buildings and city centre amenities.

    Residential Living

    We target development sites in major UK cities which have a high proportion of young professionals and strong university student retention rates following qualification, with low one bedroom rental property provision, extensive retail, leisure, food & beverage amenities immediately surrounding the site location, and major employers or high number of new business start-ups.
